1. Licence

DiarERP is proprietary and confidential. Use, copying, modification, distribution, sublicensing, hosting for third parties and derivative works require a separate written licence agreement signed by Diar. The repository LICENSE file is authoritative for the proprietary software licence notice. Commercial terms, pricing, support levels, service credits and service levels are supplied only in the signed agreement.

2. Deployment models

DiarERP is offered as a managed cloud workspace at app.diarcrm.com, and for licensed customers as a self-hosted deployment. The final terms must state separately the responsibilities that apply to each model, including hosting, security, backups, availability, data location and support.

3. What this placeholder does not state

This draft does not assert or invent:

warranties, liability caps, indemnities, governing law or dispute resolution;
support levels, service credits, uptime targets or backup frequency;
whether AI features require a separate configuration or which AI provider processes data;
the existence or terms of any evaluation or demo environment;
data-residency, retention or transfer commitments.

Those are unresolved legal and commercial decisions. They must come from Diar legal and counsel, or from the signed agreement, not from this page or the product code.
